Who we are
Story Animations (“we”, “us”) runs this site and the Instagram series The House Knows and 12 Words. Contact: [email protected].
Skill files
When you buy a skill file you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it to make your own content, including commercial content. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part. Skill files are final sale (see the Refund Policy).
A Claude account and any third-party tools named in a skill (for example ElevenLabs) are your responsibility and governed by their own terms. Results depend on how you use them; we don’t promise views, followers or income.
Placements
Placements are governed by the Placement Guidelines. Buying a placement does not give you any rights in the show or editorial control over it. We may decline or remove any placement at our discretion, with a refund as set out in the Refund Policy.
“All shows” bundles
Bundles described as covering all shows include the next show we launch, when it launches. Timing of new shows is not guaranteed.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Discount codes have the terms and expiry shown with them and can’t be combined unless stated.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
